Work experience
1990.8 -2002.10: Worked in Hubei Xiaogan TV station, successively worked in the technical department, features department, economic department, news department, advertising department and production department of the station, served as deputy director, director and senior engineer, and had strong ability in planning, shooting, editing and producing TV news and feature programs. During this period, he had been engaged in editing, directing, interviewing, writing and producing TV programs for a long time, and completed the creation of hundreds of TV news and feature programs.
In 1998, the TV feature film “Women in Business” edited and produced by him won the first prize of Hubei Radio and Television Association, and was rated as an advanced worker in Xiaogan TV station and Xiaogan radio and television system.
Since November 2002, he has been teaching in the Department of Journalism and Communication, China University of Geosciences. He is mainly engaged in the teaching and related research work of the undergraduate courses of Introduction to Radio and Television, Television Production Technology, Television News Photography, Television Editing, and the Theory and Practice of Radio and Television for master of communication, and guide the students' professional cognitive practice and graduation thesis as well as the cultivation of communication master. He has been actively assisted in the professional construction of radio and television journalism since 2002. In 2005, he helped to apply for the master's degree program in communication, which was approved by the academic degree office of the State Council. During this period, his courses were highly praised by students.

Responsible for the preparation of “Tourism Plan in Qingjiang River Basin”. The second prize of Hubei Science and Technology Progress Award.
