Zhang Fan, born in 1973, Bachelor of Arts from Hubei Academy of Fine Arts in 1998, is now an associate professor and master tutor of the School of Arts and Communication, China University of Geosciences (Wuhan).

Field of research: Contemporary painting and visual communication design
Main achievements: His works have been exhibited in many countries and included in many international art publications. In recent years, he has been invited to many countries for exchange visits and published monographs, such as THESE DAYS, These Days of Nothingness and Being, and Voyage of the Heart. A number of papers have been published in Literature and Art Studies, Art & Design, Art and Design and other core art journals, and won the excellent thesis award in "The fifth Hubei University Art and Design Exhibition".
