Xu Qing, female, born in June 1972 in Wuhan, Hubei Province, PhD, associate professor, master supervisor, member of the cultural landscape professional committee of Chinese Society of Landscape Architecture.

Work experience:

1993.7-2005.7: Central and Southern China Municipal Engineering Design & Research Institute Co., Ltd., engaged in architectural and landscape design, responsible for planning and design projects of Asia Pacific Industrial City Planning in Lufeng County, Guangdong Province, Jinyuan Residential Area in Yichang City, landscape reconstruction of Binjiang Road in Liuzhou City, Guangxi Province. In 2004, he was certified as a senior architect by the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development.

2000.6-2002.6: Held the concurrent post of design in the Design Department of EDSA-Orient Landscape Wuhan Branch, presided over the environmental design of No.14 Residential Area of Wuhan Changqing Garden, the environmental landscape project of Qingshan “Landscape Garden” in Wuhan (national demonstration community), landscape design of “Fuxing · Huiyu Garden”, environmental engineering project of Xinxin Garden”, environmental engineering project of “Ya'an garden” and other landscape design projects

2006.1-2007.8: Held the concurrent post of chief engineer of Landscape Design Department of Jiangsu Branch of Architectural Design Institute of Tongji University

2008.9 - : associate professor, Department of Environmental Design, School of Arts and Communication, China University of Geosciences (Wuhan)

1. 2010.10-2012.5: “2010 UNESCO China World Heritage Site Protection and Management Project --- Research on Cultural Landscape of Lushan World Heritage Site”, core group member (rank 1)

2. 2014.6-2017.12: project supported by the National Social Science Fund of China “Research on the protection and development of ethnic cultural landscape in southwest poverty-stricken areas in the process of new urbanization” (14BSH135), principal investigator

3. 2017.7-2019.7: “UNESCO World Heritage and Sustainable Tourism Programme Chinese Pilot Studies -- Wulingyuan Scenic and Historic Interest Area, the World Natural Heritage Site” (World Heritage Institute of Training and Research for the Asia and the Pacific Region under the auspices of UNESCO - Shanghai), senior research specialist
