In order to further improve the student management in this School, enhance the dormitory management level, and create a positive and harmonious dormitory culture with strong academic atmosphere, all full-time and part-time counselors of the Student Affairs Leading Group of the School of Arts and Communication, led by the Bian Jianhua, deputy secretary of the Party Committee of the School, visited the dormitories of students of all grades from December 22nd to 24th to learn about the life, study, and thoughts of each student.
The counselors had a friendly conversation with the students, asking them in detail about their learning progress, living conditions and mental state, emphasized the safety of electricity in dormitories, hygiene construction, examination discipline and epidemic prevention, and provided patient answers and guidance to the students on the problems they encountered in their daily lives. They also expressed concern to the seniors taking postgraduate entrance examination, encouraging them to calm down, actively adjust their state, and make every effort to take the exam. Through this in-depth visit, it was understood that the overall hygiene of the student dormitory is good, the roommate relationship is harmonious, and no obvious safety hazards were found.
The students said that the arrival of counselors not only answered their doubts about learning and life, but also provided useful guidance for creating a positive, healthy and harmonious atmosphere in the dormitory; they felt the care and warmth of the School, and also became clearer about their direction in study and life.
