Recently, the official website of the World Health Organization Regional Office for the Western Pacific published an interview with Associate Professor Zhang Fan and his work in feature stories entitled “Using art to inspire positive change for future health in the Western Pacific”. In 2022, Associate Professor Zhang Fan, as the only artist from China, participated in the “WHO Futures Art Exhibition”, an art project of the WHO Regional Office for the Western Pacific (ROWP). As part of this art project, ROWP interviewed Associate Professor Zhang Fan and recently published part of the interview in feature stories. In the interview, Associate Professor Zhang Fan discussed the creation of artists, the impact of “COVID-19” on the world and human society, how to improve and solve the ecological environmental problems, the role of art in creating a healthy society in the future, as well as the personal life of artists under the impact of COVID-19. Associate Professor Zhang Fan’s works have been exhibited in many countries and published in many international art publications. In recent years, art magazines and websites in many European countries have conducted interviews with Associate Professor Zhang Fan and published the full text of the interviews and some of his works.
