The concert was sponsored by Hubei Western Returned Scholars Association, hosted by South-Central Minzu University, and co-organized by the western returned scholars associations in colleges and universities.
Yu Lei and Yang Qing, teachers from the School of Arts and Communication, CUG, performed the art song “Nian Nu Jiao. Memories of the Past at Red Cliff”, perfectly presenting the vast, profound, and profound heritage of Chinese culture through the perfect combination of soprano solo and piano playing. At the concert, other performances selected by various western returned scholars associations from universities were also performed, covering various forms of performance such as choir, silk string quintet, and horse-head string instrument solo.
It is reported that Hubei Western Returned Scholars Association (Overseas-educated Scholars Association) will take the 110th anniversary of the founding of the Western Returned Scholars Association as a new opportunity and a new starting point, bearing in mind the expectations of the CPC Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping at its core for the work of overseas educated scholars in the new era, to constantly enhance the sense of historical responsibility and sense of honor in the post, closely follow the goal of “taking the lead in two aspects”, build platforms, tracks and mechanisms, and guide the overseas educated scholars in the province to follow the Party, so as to create a new situation for the cause of serving the country by overseas educated scholars in our province.
