Meeting Again in Ten Years at Nanwang Mountain | Class 162091 of the School of Arts and Communication Meet Again Ten Years after Graduation

(Reported by Yu Menghan) Ten years ago, students from Class 162091 of the School of Arts and Communication set sail from the University of Geosciences with their dreams and flew to a wider world; ten years later, they gathered at the Building of the School of Arts and Communication with concern for their alma mater, reliving the good times of college.

On the morning of October 3, the Alumni Symposium of Class 162091 was successfully held in Conference Room 1209 of the Building of the School of Arts and Communication. Bian Jianhua, deputy secretary of the Party Committee of the School, part-time counselors Yu Menghan and Xu Wenxi attended the symposium.

First of all, on behalf of the School, Secretary Bian expressed a warm welcome to the alumni of Class 162091, introduced the achievements of the School in talent cultivation, discipline construction, scientific research, faculty and social services, and made an outlook on the future development of the School’s alumni work. He hoped to use the strength of alumni to build alumni associations in various provinces, strengthen the communication and cooperation among alumni, and work together to write a new chapter for the School.

Subsequently, the alumni shared their life experiences and feelings in the past ten years after graduation. They talked about family life and recalled their youthful years, expressing their deep friendship with each other and deep longing for their alma mater.

Finally, on behalf of the School, Secretary Bian presented cultural creative products with CUG characteristics to the alumni of Class 162091.
