(Reported by Li Congcong) At 17:10 p.m. on March 10, 2023, the 2022 annual special work concentrated inspection of the School of Arts and Communication was conducted in the Conference Room 1209 of the school. Wang Fu, deputy secretary of the Party Committee of CUG, members of the special work inspection team, members of the leadership team and members of the Party Committee of the school attended the meeting, which was presided over by Wang Fu, deputy secretary of the Party Committee of CUG.
In the first item of the meeting, Guo Xiurong, secretary of the Party Committee of the school, reported on the special supervision for rectification, the responsibility system for improving Party conduct and building clean government, the progress in the study, publicity and implementation of the spirit of the 20th CPC National Congress, and the progress in the implementing the first class in new semester, and summarized the measures taken by the school for key issues and put forward suggestions. The members of the leadership team also reported on the relevant work in turn. The inspection team reviewed the relevant information, focusing on finding problems and putting forward suggestions.
Then, Wang Zaiqi, deputy leader of the special work inspection team and secretary of the Party Committee of the School of Marxism, commented on the special work of this school. He pointed out that the teachers’ virtue and style construction and ideological and political construction were unique, the Party conduct improvement and clean government building and the first class in new semester were solid and effective. The meeting minutes book was complete and could be further improved. The party building and discipline characteristics of the school should be deeply integrated, the whole faculty and students should be cohesive, and the other schools could learn and discuss together to promote the better development of the school.
Finally, Wang Fu, deputy secretary of the Party Committee of CUG, summarized the concentrated inspection. He pointed out that the Party Committee of the school had made great achievements in learning, publicizing and implementing the spirit of the 20th CPC National Congress and implementing the first class in new semester by combining with the characteristics of the art discipline. The leadership team of the school had a strong sense of hardship, a spirit of struggle, and a strong desire for development. Through political study, they planned the development opportunities of the school in an integrated manner, and has realized the deep integration of party building and vocational work. He stressed that the basic work of party building in the school should be put in place and kept under constant control, the teachers’ virtue and style construction should be closely monitored, and the model should be actively selected to ensure the healthy and rapid development of the school.
