(Reported by Li Congcong) On the afternoon of February 23, the five faculty Party branches of this School carried out party theme day activities with the theme of “Learning and implementing the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and forging ahead on a new journey of education power”. According to the requirements of the “Notice on Carrying out the Branch Theme Party Day Activities in February 2023”, each faculty branch, in combination with its actual situation, carried out centralized learning through PPT on-site learning, watching videos, free speech discussion, political birthday and other ways.
All party members seriously studied Xi Jinping’s important speech at the opening ceremony of the seminar on learning and implementing the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and Education Minister Huai Jinpeng’s speech at the World Conference on Digital Education, to deeply understand the essential connotation of Chinese modernization and the revolutionary impact of modern information technology on education development, and to deepen their understanding of digital transformation as an important carrier and direction for education transformation. Everyone unanimously expressed that we should bear in mind that adhering to the Party’s leadership is the most distinctive feature and the most prominent advantage of Chinese modernization, and that we should actively explore and innovate the digital teaching and research mode in the later work, so as to find the right position and make our due contribution in the construction of Chinese modernization.
Through studying the relevant requirements of the special rectification of illegal eating and drinking in Hubei Province and the negative typical cases, we had a deeper understanding of the harmfulness of illegal eating and drinking, and said that we should constantly improve our ideological awareness, strengthen the Party spirit, ring the disciplinary alarm, and strictly abide by the bottom line, and consciously resist such unhealthy tendencies from beginning to end.
