With you in Nanwang Campus|The 2022 New Students Registration Work of the School of Arts and Communication is Completed Successfully

September 7, 2022

The School of Arts and Communication has successfully completed the new students registration work in 2022. A total of 148 graduate students have been enrolled in 2022, including 143 masters and 5 doctors; 146 have registered and 2 have given up enrollment. A total of 235 undergraduate students have been enrolled in 2022, of which, 199 have registered and 30 have been postponed to return to school due to epidemic prevention and control, 2 have asked for leave due to business, and 4 have given up their enrollment.

On the morning of September 2, the hot sunshine passed through the verdant leaves and sprinkled on the shoulders of every student. With the sound of trolley case wheels rubbing the floor and the laughter of parents and students, the new students arrived one after another.

The breeze blew through the hair of volunteers, and the day began while waiting for the arrival of the vigorous new students. In every corner of the campus, you could see our lovely volunteers. From the moment of stepping into the campus, you could see our lovely volunteers holding the guide board of "School of Arts and Communication" to help the newcomers not to get lost.

There were seniors downstairs who helped the new students carry their luggage. At the entrance of the Building of School of Arts and Communication, volunteers guided the registration direction, measured the body temperature and checked the travel code. Then, under the guidance of the volunteers, the new students went to the Building in an orderly manner to register.

On the way to registration, students actively signed their names on the signature board as well as their messages for the future. Each stroke is their vision for a better future and their hopes. Some "lucky ones" were selected for the interview of "opening remarks". Many students and parents also took their first photo with CUG in front of the signature board of the School of Arts and Communication.

During the registration process, the volunteers had a clear division of labor. With the assistance of teachers, they checked the student status information, collected personal data and publicized the student organizations for new students.

In the evening, the moon was haloed and the wind was blowing, and the day ended with the sound of cicadas. With the joint efforts of students and teachers, the registration work went smoothly. We look forward to the continuation of this sincerity of mutual help.

With you in Nanwang Campus. Welcome to the big family of School of Arts and Communication, and wish you all a shining new journey in the next four years!
