General Secretary hoped that the youth could "live up to their youth, live up to the times, live up to the people, run hard on the track of youth, and strive to achieve the best results!" This speech is full of General Secretary Xi Jinping's deep concern and ardent hope for the contemporary youth, which is the action guide for them.
