Massed Learning of Theoretical Study Central Group of the Party Committee of This School in April

(Reported by Li Weina, Photographer: Liu Dingyao, Zhou Hua) At 2:00pm on April 14, the Theoretical Learning Central Group of Party Committee of this school carried out massed learning on the topic of teachers ethics in Conference Room 1209 of the School. All members of the l leadership team of the School and the heads of three-level units participated in the on-site training in Conference Room 1209, and other faculty and staff listened online through Tencent Meeting. Professor Ning Fulong, Deputy Director of the Ethics Subcommittee of the Academic Committee of the University, was invited to give a special lecture, and the meeting was hosted by Guo Xiurong, Secretary of the Party Committee of the School.

 

 

Guo Xiurong, Secretary of the Party Committee of the School, firstly carried out special education training on teachers’ professional ethics for all staff, which was divided into three parts: a series of important discussions on teachers’ professional ethics by General Secretary Xi Jinping, warning cases, and watching the video of looking for the most beautiful teacher Yin Hongfu in 2018. The teachers were moved and inspired by the most beautiful teacher videos shared during the training.

Then Prof. Ning Fulong gave a lecture entitled “Academic Integrity and Research Ethics”. The online and offline teachers were inspired by the lecture and expressed that they would strictly abide by academic norms and research ethics and keep the bottom line of academic ethics in their future academic path.

Through this training, all teachers in the School have a deeper understanding of the importance of professional ethics construction, and they have expressed that in the future, they will reflect the responsibility of teaching and education, and moral education to the ordinary and subtle teaching and management based on their own positions, and will improve their professional ethics cultivation in all aspects.
