Hunan Alumni Returned to the Alma Mater to Enjoy Friendship and Seek Common Development

    (Reported by Li Weina) On the afternoon of May 1, four alumni, Wang Yizhou, President of Hunan Alumni Association, Deng Xingping, secretary general of Hunan Alumni Association, Zhou Hongqiao, Chairman of Hunan Dida Culture Media Co., Ltd., and Chen Liang, General Manager of Hunan Dida Culture Media Co., Ltd., came to this School for discussion and exchange. The symposium was chaired by Guo Xiurong, Secretary of the Party Committee of the School, and attended by members of the leadership team and directors of three-level units of the School.

At the beginning, the Secretary of the Party Committee of the School expressed warm welcome and heartfelt thanks to the alumni who have been supporting and caring about the development of the School for their return. The president of Hunan Alumni Association introduced the basic situation of the Alumni Association and Hunan Dida Culture Media Co., Ltd., and made a comprehensive introduction to the next step of university-enterprise cooperation. Members of the leadership team and department directors introduced the development of each discipline of the School, exchanged the main research directions and areas of concern of each discipline, and put forward positive opinions and suggestions on possible future cooperation with Hunan Dida Culture Media Co., Ltd.

In the free exchange session, the participating teachers and the alumni exchanged their feelings for each other, and also put forward concrete measures on how to better implement the future cooperation. Everyone said that they would give full play to their own advantages, effectively promote the strategic cooperation between the School and Hunan Dida Culture Media Co., Ltd., so as to gather wisdom and contribute to the development of the School and the University.
