School of Arts and Communication Holds the Lecture Competition for Young Teachers

At 3:00 pm on April 13, 2022, the School of Arts and Communication held the preliminaries of lecture competition for young teachers in Conference Room 1209 of the School. Yang Zhe, Deputy Dean in charge of Teaching, presided over the preliminaries. The judging panel consisted of three supervisors, members of the party and government team, and Ms. Ding Jie, the first prize winner of the previous Lecture Competition for Young Teachers and the third prize winner in Humanities and Social Sciences Group of the Lecture Competition for Young Teachers in Hubei Province.

The judges made a comprehensive evaluation from the selection of participants’ teaching contents, the implementation of the teaching organization as well as the teaching attitude and teaching effect, and pointed out the shortcomings as well as the ideas and methods for improvement and upgrading. They also suggested highlighting the characteristics of art majors, strengthening the infection, stimulation and impact, and creating a vivid classroom.

After selection, Ms. Chen Ru and Ms. Zhu Yi will participate in university-level competition on behalf of the School.
