(Correspondent: Zeng Gehui) On the afternoon of June 4, in order to do a good job in employment and promote the employment of graduates, the 2021 graduate employment promotion meeting of our school was held online at Tencent Conference. All teachers of the school attended this meeting, which was presided over by Guo Xiurong, Secretary of the Party committee of the school.
Firstly, Wu Renxi, deputy secretary of the Party committee of the school, introduced the current employment situation of the graduates of our school in 2021, and made detailed arrangements for the next step of employment according to the requirements of our school. Through a series of accurate, detailed and practical data, Wu Renxi explained the composition of the 2021 graduates, the employment situation and existing problems of the graduates, and made arrangements for how to effectively promote employment.
Secondly, Ning Wei from Radio and Television, Yang Qing from Musicology, Mr. Liao Qipeng from Environmental Art Design, Mr. Zheng Libo from Visual Communication Design and Mr. Liu Jun from Digital Media Art respectively introduced the current employment situation of each major, and shared and exchanged online the difficulties encountered in guiding students to sign contracts and the effective solutions.
Thirdly, after listening carefully to the teachers’ sharing and introduction, Gui Yuhui, Dean of the School, concluded that the employment of students was an important task for the school to implement the moral education. Teachers should devote their efforts to communicate with students, do a good job in the ideological work of graduates’ employment, and truly achieve “unified thinking and cohesive force” to promote graduates’ precise employment and high-quality employment.
Finally, Guo Xiurong, Secretary of the Party Committee, once again stressed that teachers must recognize the overall situation and importance of employment in light of the current employment situation, put employment at the strategic height of school development and the prominent position of personnel training, and effectively solve the problem of students’ employment difficulties by implementing the main body of responsibility, clarifying the next employment goal and mastering the specific measures of employment guidance.
